Hello everyone. I thought it would be good to have a thread about the workshops on offer. I found the literacy and numeracy ones interesting and have just been on the cover supervisor/whole class supervision one which had some really good tips about body language and techniques. I have been covering for the last two years but still found it really useful!!

This is a great idea I have signed myself up for a couple, Positive behaviour management as it's always handy to get a some new tips or ideas I haven't thought of and supporting learning activities. Even though I have covered both of these in previous courses and am doing these things everyday I think they will be great CPD and such a handy refresh of the topics.

Yes I totally agree. These are great for handy tips and it's always nice to talk to other practitioners about their own experiences. My school has been impressed that my colleagues and I are doing them and it's nice to have a certificate to go in your CPD folder! I have signed up for the positive behaviour one too (in October) it sounds good.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to say that the Behaviour Management workshop yesterday was very informative. It was great to hear the strategies used in other schools and I have picked up tips to use in my own practice. Thank you Qualified Education.
