Hello, i am new to the forum and have just signed up for a level 3 award supporting teaching and learning in schools. I am abit confused as to whether docu sign is a programme i need to download so i can electronically sign the learner handbook.

I think we have sorted this one now and it isn't a stupid question at all. However, for anyone else viewing this thread...
DocuSign is not a programme or download, it is a way for you to electronically sign and verify documents and take the time and effort out of having to post, sign, post back etc. etc. like we did in the 'good old days'.
If there is something you need to sign, like the Learner Handbook, feedback from your assessor, or anything else that we need to verify is you, you will be sent a link to your email (usually with the subject "Please DocuSign: ...") and will be asked to follow the simple instructions to complete the document. This will then be automatically sent back to us without the need of getting the Royal Mail involved and keeping things nice and efficient - just the way we like it :-)
