Hi Everyone, we discussed different ways to find corroborating evidence in class. Remember the 'customer in this instance is either the child/children, young people you support or their parents. For those of you who work with SEN children a good way to evidence this is by the Annual Review. If you are part of this, you can use the feedback from the child as evidence of customer satisfaction. Other methods could include, thank you letters and cards from parents/children. Feedback given to other members of staff by parents/children relating to your support. Hope this helps
